The General Overseer/Head Pastor of CEM Worldwide is Rev. Steve Mensah. The Rehoboth Temple is the headquarters of Charismatic Evangelistic Ministry (CEM). It is situated at North Legon, a suburb of Accra in Ghana. It is about eight minutes drive from the Atomic junction on the Legon Aburi road. CEM has branches spread all over Ghana.
